The PACER also known as the Public Access to Court Electronic Records service is an online source for bankruptcy records across the U.S.
It’s the public access to bankruptcy filings and information. You can use the case locator to find where your case is. The cases are updated regularly over night so even if you have a current case you may be able to find it. This service is used by just about anyone, from attorneys, researchers, other agencies to financial institutions as well as private individuals. This system has information for all bankruptcy districts and appellate court. The cost is minimal, eight cents per copy/page with a ten dollar maximum.

If bankruptcy if filed by the property owner before the final foreclosure date the forfeiture will not take place. This will also prevent any fees.
The foreclosure will also be stopped even if the bankruptcy is filed after the property is forfeited as long as it is filed before entry of the judgment. Fees added before the petition was filed remain. This also stops notices until the property comes out of bankruptcy.
Bankruptcies filed after the judgment is entered and during the redemption period will extend the redemption time to 60 days after the petition date or the normal redemption period expiration.
Filing a bankruptcy after the final redemption period has expired will not have no effect on the foreclosure.
