Wills and Probate
My mother's will clearly states to waive bonding for me as her executrix, but I was told that the judge does not have to acknowledge that request? Is this true? She has a modest estate and bonding would just be one more expense I need to avoid. Is there anything I can do about it?

Is there a web page where Wills are posted for public inspection? Most especially a registry of Executors?

Your first step is to ask yourself what type of record you are looking for? What type of records would hold the information you are seeking. Residency, property records and information of present owners can be found online through county registrar, clerk, property tax agency or assessors. You can search for any change of ownership, make sure you have an updated version of the property records.
However, if you are looking for proceedings that would involve probate, you can access the venue where the case is being heard. If this is an active and open case, you can search court calendars online free for the upcoming hearings. Simply go to the court’s website and this information is available to everyone online free. If this is a recent case that is off calendar, start at the court house looking for a probate case involving your subjects. The court’s structure can be different from state to state, some may be in courts other than probate, maybe in civil or family courts. Court structures and a chart or diagram is available to the persons not familiar with the particular state of the proceedings. Court cases and their hearings are public information unless made confidential. The freedom of information act allows us to examine records that are supposed to be public.
