First it has to be determined if the record is public record. Probate courts deal with wills and depending on the state, court records may have to be ordered from the courthouse. However, if the issue never made it to court as in a trust, looking up court records may not do any good. If the case made it to probate court, you will need to see where the proceedings were. District courts in Kentucky are the court of jurisdiction for probate and wills.
