    Effective July 1, 1999, any applicant for an original license who is over eighteen (18) years of age must show proof of domicile in this state to receive a license.

    Certification of School Attendance Status - In accordance with Section 63-1-10, Mississippi Code of 1972, any applicant for a driver license under eighteen years of age must submit with the application documentation from the appropriate authority that the applicant is in compliance with Section 63-1-9(g), Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended.
