Palm Beach county Florida is the state's third most populous with over 1.3 million residents in 38 of its incorporated municipalities. Founded in 1909, the county's population has grown from 5,500 in 1910 to over 1.3 million residents with an annual budget of nearly $4 billion. The Palm Beach County Park Airport is the largest of its four airports. The largest city and county seat is West Palm Beach with over 100,000 residents.
