Pulaski County Georgia Public Records

Pulaski County is a county located in the central portion of the U.S. state of Georgia. As of the 2010 census, the population was 12,010. The county seat is Hawkinsville.

The county was created on December 14, 1808 and is named for Count Kazimierz PuĊ‚aski, a Polish patriot who fought in the American Revolutionary War.

The county government is led by a five-member Board of Commissioners, which is elected from single-member districts. The current chairman is Robert L. Johnson. The county also has a sheriff, clerk of court, probate judge, tax commissioner, and coroner.

The county is part of the Hawkinsville Micropolitan Statistical Area.
