Early voting is available at designated locations for approximately two weeks before any election, including Saturdays. Under Arkansas law, voter registration lists are public records available for inspection and purchase for lawful purposes. Campaign finance reports for state and local candidates are filed with the Arkansas Secretary of State (for state races) and the Benton County Clerk or City Clerk (for county and municipal races) and are public records available for review. Candidate filing information, precinct-level election results, and voter turnout statistics are also public records maintained by the Election Commission. In the November 2024 presidential election, Benton County reported approximately 62-65% voter turnout with over 140,000 votes cast, reflecting high civic engagement in this growing county. Senate seat is up in 2026, the Governor's office (Sarah Huckabee Sanders's term continues through 2026 with the next gubernatorial election in 2026), all four U.S. House seats including Arkansas's 3rd Congressional District which represents Rogers, and multiple state constitutional offices including Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, Attorney General, and Treasurer. All 100 Arkansas House of Representatives seats and half of the 35 Arkansas Senate seats will be on the ballot. Benton County voters will also elect county-level positions potentially including County Judge, Sheriff, Clerk, Treasurer, Assessor, Coroner, and Justices of the Peace, depending on the election cycle. Rogers city elections are held in odd years, so no municipal races will appear on the November 2026 ballot. Arkansas allows absentee voting for voters who will be unavoidably absent from their polling place on Election Day, have an illness or physical disability, are a member of the military or overseas voter, or are a poll worker assigned to a different precinct. Absentee ballot applications must be submitted to the Benton County Election Commission.
