Arlington County is a county in the Commonwealth of Virginia, located directly across the Potomac River from Washington, D.C. As of 2019, the county's population was about 230,050. Arlington County Circuit Court is located in Arlington, Virginia and has jurisdiction over civil and criminal cases in the county. The court hears civil cases involving amounts up to $25,000, criminal cases, traffic cases, and juvenile and domestic relations cases.
