Collier County, Florida Public Records

Collier County is a county located in the U.S. state of Florida. Its county seat is East Naples, where the county offices were moved from Everglades City in 1962. Collier County comprises the Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island, FL Metropolitan Statistical Area, which is included in the Cape Coral-Fort Myers-Naples, FL Combined Statistical Area.

The county government is made up of five separate branches: the Board of County Commissioners, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, the Property Appraiser, the Sheriff, and the Supervisor of Elections.

Collier County is home to many state and national parks, including Big Cypress National Preserve, Everglades National Park, Collier-Seminole State Park, Ten Thousand Islands National Wildlife Refuge, and Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary. The county also has many beaches, including Clam Pass, Tigertail Beach, and Vanderbilt Beach. Additionally, there are numerous attractions, such as the Naples Zoo, the Naples Botanical Garden, the Conservancy of Southwest Florida, and the Collier County Museum.

Collier County, Florida is part of the 20th Judicial Circuit, which also includes Lee County. The court has jurisdiction over civil and criminal cases, including family law, probate, juvenile, and traffic cases.
