Cottle County is a county located in the U.S. state of Texas. The county seat is Paducah. The county was created in 1876 and later organized in 1892.
Cottle County is governed by a Commissioners Court, which consists of four elected commissioners and a county judge. The county judge is elected at-large and serves as the presiding officer of the court. The other four commissioners are elected from single-member districts.
