Grays Harbor County is located in the U.S. state of Washington. The county seat is Montesano, and its largest city is Aberdeen. The county was formed out of Thurston County on April 14, 1854 and is named after a large estuarine bay near its southwestern corner.

Grays Harbor County is governed by a three-member Board of County Commissioners. The commissioners are elected from three districts within the county. The county also has a number of elected officials, including a sheriff, prosecutor, auditor, treasurer, assessor, and clerk.

The county is home to several state parks, including Lake Sylvia State Park, Ocean City State Park, and Twin Harbors State Park. It is also home to the Grays Harbor National Wildlife Refuge, which is a protected area for migratory birds. The county is served by two public school districts, the Aberdeen School District and the Montesano School District.

Grays Harbor County Superior Court is amongst 39 Superior Courts with general jurisdiction across the state of Washington. This court handles criminal felony and misdemeanor cases, civil disputes, divorce filings, juvenile, adoption, probate, guardianships and more. The county clerk issues bench warrants, executions on judgments, abstracts, attachments, garnishments and subpoenas.
