Spokane County is located in the eastern part of Washington State and is the second most populous county in the state. The county seat is Spokane, the largest city in the county.

Spokane County Superior Court is amongst 39 Superior Courts with general jurisdiction across the state of Washington. This court handles criminal felony and misdemeanor cases, civil disputes, divorce filings, juvenile, adoption, probate, guardianships and more. The county clerk issues bench warrants, executions on judgments, abstracts, attachments, garnishments and subpoenas.
