Texas residents can register to vote online through the Texas Secretary of State at www.votetexas.gov or by submitting paper applications available at county offices, libraries, and DPS offices. Registration applications must be postmarked or submitted at least 30 days before an election. Applications for mail ballots must be received by the Kendall County elections office no later than 11 days before election day.
