Sheriff & Law Enforcement. Clark County Sheriff's Office is responsible for maintaining law and order in the unincorporated areas of Clark County.
Police Departments. In addition to Clark County Sheriff's Office, law enforcement in Clark County is provided by municipal police departments, including the Arkadelphia Police Department and the Gurdon Police Department. They coordinate with the Sheriff's Office on major crimes and joint operations, making sure of full coverage across Clark County.

Under Arkansas Code 4-75-102 (Act 450 of 2021), a person may ask a publish for pay website in writing to remove his or her booking photograph; the site must remove it within five business days and may not charge a fee for removal.
