Voter registration in Georgia is run by the Georgia Secretary of State, and the county board of registrars keeps the roll for Dublin. You can register online, by mail or in person. You must register no later than the 5th Monday before the next election; mail in applications must be postmarked by that deadline.
Certified birth and death certificates for events in Georgia come from the Georgia Department of Public Health, State Office of Vital Records. The fee is $25 for a birth certificate, $5 for each additional copy. A certified copy of a birth certificate may be requested from your local county vital records office or the State Office of Vital Records, in person or by mail.
Deeds for property in Dublin are recorded by the Clerk of Superior Court, the county Board of Tax Assessors sets the assessed value, and the county Tax Commissioner sends the tax bill. Our Laurens County page lists those offices.
