Freeman, Missouri Public Records

Missouri residents can register to vote online at www.sos.mo.gov/elections/govotemissouri, by mail using a downloadable application, or in person at the Cass County Clerk's office or during designated voter registration drives. Registration must be completed by the fourth Wednesday prior to any election. Applicants must be U.S. Citizens, Missouri residents, at least 17.5 years old (18 by election day), and not currently serving a sentence for a felony conviction. There is no U.S. Senate race in Missouri in 2026 (the next Senate elections are in 2028 for Roy Blunt's former seat currently held by Josh Hawley). The election will also include the at-large U.S. House race for Missouri's congressional districts, with Freeman falling in one of Missouri's eight congressional districts based on its location in Cass County. Missouri offers absentee voting for voters who meet certain criteria: absence from jurisdiction on election day, incapacity or confinement due to illness, religious belief or practice, employment as an election authority, incarceration (if still eligible), or certified participation in the address confidentiality program.
