Missouri residents can register online through the Missouri Secretary of State's website at sos.mo.gov/elections/goVoteMissouri, or submit a paper application directly to the Adair County Clerk. Registration requirements include U.S. Citizenship, Missouri residency, being 18 by election day (or 17.5 to register), and having no disqualifying felony conviction unless voting rights have been restored. The registration deadline falls on the fourth Wednesday before any election.
