Sheriff & Law Enforcement. Habersham County Sheriff's Office is responsible for maintaining law and order in Habersham County.
Police Departments. In addition to Habersham County Sheriff's Office, several municipal police departments serve Habersham County, including the Clarkesville Police Department, Cornelia Police Department, and Demorest Police Department.
