Registration must be submitted at least 29 days before any election. Eligibility requirements include U.S. Citizenship, Kentucky residency, being at least 18 years old by the next general election, and not currently serving time for a felony conviction. Voters in the area are assigned to precincts according to their home address, with polling sites generally situated at schools, community centers, or other public buildings nearby.
