Voter registration in Utah is run by the Utah Lieutenant Governor, Office of Elections, and the county clerk keeps the roll for Newcastle. You can register online, by mail or in person. The county clerk must receive the registration by 5:00 pm 11 calendar days before the election; after that you may still register in person at an early voting location or on Election Day with two forms of identification.
Certified birth and death certificates for events in Utah come from the Utah Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Vital Records and Statistics. The fee is $25.00 for the first certified copy of a birth or death certificate; $10.00 for each additional copy of the same record ordered the same day. In person orders can be placed at most Utah local health departments; the state office no longer has a walk in window.
