North Dakota has no voter registration. You vote with a valid form of identification after living in North Dakota for 30 days before Election Day. The North Dakota Secretary of State site lists the accepted identification and the polling places, and the county auditor runs the election in Rolla.
Certified birth and death certificates for events in North Dakota come from the North Dakota Health and Human Services, Vital Records. The fee is $15.00 per certified birth record; $15.00 for the first certified death record and $10.00 for each added copy ordered at the same time.
Deeds for property in Rolla are recorded by the county recorder, the local assessor sets the assessed value, and the county treasurer sends the tax bill. Our Rolette County page lists those offices.
