Voter registration in Ohio is run by the Ohio Secretary of State, and the county board of elections keeps the roll for Sebring. You can register online, by mail or in person. Registration forms must be received or postmarked by the 30th day before the election.
Certified birth and death certificates for events in Ohio come from the Ohio Department of Health, Bureau of Vital Statistics. The fee is $21.50 for each certified birth or death record. More than 100 local vital statistics offices at local health departments in Ohio offer in person or other same day certified copies of Ohio vital records.
Deeds for property in Sebring are recorded by the county recorder, the county auditor sets the assessed value, and the county treasurer sends the tax bill. Our Mahoning County page lists those offices.
