West Virginia residents can register to vote online at https://ovr.sos.wv.gov/Register, the official online voter registration portal maintained by the West Virginia Secretary of State. To register, applicants must be U.S. Citizens, West Virginia residents, at least 17 years old (18 by the next general election), and not currently serving a sentence for a felony conviction or under legal declaration of mental incompetence.
