Yakutat Borough is a borough in the U.S. state of Alaska. As of the 2010 census, the population was 662, making it the least populous borough in Alaska. The borough seat is the city of Yakutat.

The borough was formed on June 2, 2008, when the voters of the former Yakutat City and Borough and the former Hoonah-Angoon Census Area approved a merger.
