Attica, New York Public Records

Voter registration in New York is run by the New York State Board of Elections, and the county board of elections keeps the roll for Attica. You can register online, by mail or in person. A registration form has to reach the county board of elections by the tenth day before an election to count for that election, under Election Law 5-210.

Certified birth and death certificates for events in New York come from the New York State Department of Health, Vital Records (all of the state except New York City). The fee is $30 per copy by mail; $45 per copy online or by phone, plus a vendor processing fee per order. Birth and death records are also available from the local Registrar of Vital Statistics where the event occurred; New York City births and deaths come from the New York City Department of Health.
