Voters must affiliate with a party to participate in that party's primaries, though unaffiliated registration remains an option for general elections. As an unincorporated hamlet, Chase Mills holds no separate municipal elections. Residents instead vote in Town of Brasher elections for Town Supervisor, Town Board members, Town Clerk, and other town positions.
