Sheriff & Law Enforcement. Douglas County Sheriff's Office is responsible for maintaining law and order throughout Douglas County.
Police Departments. Douglas County is served by multiple law enforcement agencies, including Douglas County Sheriff's Office and municipal police departments. Other cities such as Osakis and Brandon have their own police departments, which coordinate with the Sheriff's Office on major crimes and cross-jurisdictional issues.
Law Enforcement & Arrests. Douglas County Sheriff's Office, headquartered at 305 8th Avenue West in Alexandria, MN 56308, is the primary law enforcement agency for Douglas County. Inmate lookup services are available through the Sheriff's Office website, where the public can search current inmates by name or booking number.
Arrest Records. They are maintained by the arresting agency, primarily the County Sheriff's Office and municipal police departments.
