Sheriff & Law Enforcement. Flagler County Sheriff's Office is responsible for law enforcement in the unincorporated areas of Flagler County.
Police Departments. In addition to Flagler County Sheriff's Office, several municipal police departments operate within Flagler County.
Law Enforcement & Arrests. Law enforcement in Flagler County is primarily provided by Flagler County Sheriff's Office (FCSO), headquartered at 901 East Moody Boulevard, Bunnell, FL 32110. The FCSO provides patrol services, investigations, and operates the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility located at 3501 East CR 302, Bunnell, FL 32110. Arrest records in Flagler County are public records available under Florida Statute 119.07, the Florida Public Records Act. Mugshots and booking photos are publicly accessible through the Sheriff's Office jail roster and are considered public records unless sealed by court order.
