Grafton County is located in the state of New Hampshire and is the northernmost county in the state. It was established in 1769. The county seat is the city of North Haverhill.
Grafton County is governed by a five-member Board of County Commissioners. The board is responsible for setting the county budget, levying taxes, and overseeing county departments. The county also has a County Delegation, which is made up of representatives from each of the county's towns and cities.
