Voter registration lists are available for inspection and purchase by qualified requestors such as candidates, political parties, and certain organizations under state public records laws, though the lists cannot be used for commercial solicitation. Campaign finance reports for municipal, county, and state candidates are filed with the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission and searchable online at www.elec.nj.gov. The County Clerk maintains candidate filing information, including nominating petitions and candidate statements. Following certification, both the Passaic County Board of Elections and the New Jersey Division of Elections publish precinct-level election results.
