New Mexico has moved to a voting convenience center model in many counties, allowing voters to cast ballots at any designated location within their county during early voting and, in some cases, on Election Day. New Mexico public records law makes certain election records publicly accessible. Voter registration lists showing names, addresses, party affiliation, and voting history - but not ballot choices - are available through the San Miguel County Clerk and can be purchased for legitimate purposes.
