Voter registration in Hawaii is run by the Hawaii Office of Elections, and the County Elections Division keeps the roll for Lawai. You can register online, by mail or in person. Paper applications are due to the County Elections Division by 4:30 PM on the tenth day before each election; same day registration is available at voter service centers from 10 days before through election day.
Certified birth and death certificates for events in Hawaii come from the Hawaii State Department of Health, Office of Health Status Monitoring, Issuance/Vital Statistics Section. The fee is $10.00 for the first copy and $4.00 for each additional copy, plus a $2.50 general administration fee for up to 5 copies. On the neighbor islands, contact the local District Health Office; online orders are open statewide.
