The Oregon Offender Search returns the SID number, name, photograph, date of birth, race and sex, height, weight, hair and eye color, the institution, the status, the admission date, the earliest release date and each offense with the county, the case number and the sentence. Oregon's sentencing guidelines and Measure 11 mandatory minimums set most prison terms, and the Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision decides release only for older parole eligible sentences and certain life sentences, while setting the conditions of post-prison supervision that follows nearly every term. Supervision is run by county community corrections departments, so parolees and probationers appear in county records, not in the state search. The judgment sits with the trial court administrator of the circuit court of the convicting county.
