Oregon Court Records

Oregon dissolutions are circuit court cases filed under ORS 107.086 in a county where a spouse resides, and the circuit court records office keeps the file. Case records are public at the courthouse, with Social Security numbers, account numbers and dates of birth kept on a Segregated Information Sheet under UTCR 2.100 and 2.110, and the family law Confidential Information Form, with a party's Social Security number, date of birth and employer, kept from public view under UTCR 2.130. The Uniform Support Declaration, the sworn income form filed whenever support is at issue, is public and warns the filer so. The ORS 107.089 financial records are exchanged between the parties and not filed, so the property division is read from the general judgment, any stipulated judgment or settlement agreement, supplemental judgments and qualified domestic relations orders.
