Texas residents can begin the voter registration process online through the Texas Secretary of State at www.votetexas.gov, though the actual application must be printed, signed, and mailed to the Hopkins County Elections Administrator or delivered in person. Registration applications must be postmarked or submitted at least 30 days before an election.
