Voter registration in Missouri is run by the Missouri Secretary of State, Elections Division, and the local election authority keeps the roll for Des Peres. You can register online, by mail or in person. You must be registered by 5:00 p.m. on the fourth Wednesday before the election (RSMo 115.135).
