The City Clerk is the official custodian of all Erlanger city records. The City Clerk prepares council agendas, records minutes, and maintains ordinances, resolutions, municipal orders and bids. The City Clerk and Administration Department are responsible for property taxes & revenue collection, residential rental registration, solicitation registration, alcoholic beverage licenses, overseeing waste collection, the farmers’ market, and the lienholder notification system.
