Neosho, Missouri is known for its historic downtown district, its annual Neosho Wildcat Festival, and its proximity to the Mark Twain National Forest. The Neosho City Council is composed of a Mayor and six Council Members, all of whom are elected at-large. The Mayor and Council Members serve two-year terms.
