Warren County is a county in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. Its county seat is Warren. The county was created from part of Venango County on March 12, 1800 and was later organized in 1805.

The government of Warren County, Pennsylvania is composed of a three-member Board of Commissioners, elected at-large to serve four-year terms. The county is divided into nine districts, each of which elects a Commissioner to serve a four-year term. The Board of Commissioners is the legislative and executive body of the county government.

The county is also served by a number of other elected officials, including a Sheriff, District Attorney, Clerk of Courts, Prothonotary, Register of Wills, Recorder of Deeds, Treasurer, and Coroner.

The county has a total area of 883 square miles and a population of approximately 41,000. The county is home to Allegheny National Forest, Kinzua Dam, and the Allegheny River.
