In-person registration is available at the Carroll County Clerk's Office and Bureau of Motor Vehicles locations, or voters can mail a completed Indiana Voter Registration Application. Because Yeoman is unincorporated without its own municipal government, there are no local mayoral or council races, residents participate only in county, state, and federal contests. Assigned polling places can be found through the Indiana Voter Portal at indianavoters. gov or by calling the Carroll County Clerk, with assignments determined by precinct based on home address. Under Indiana Code 3-7-26.3, certain election materials are public records: voter registration lists (purchasable at $0.02 per name for commercial purposes or free for election use), campaign finance reports filed locally or with the state, candidate declarations and petitions, and certified precinct-level results. The County Clerk publishes precinct results after certification.Current federal, state, and local election schedules, ballot contests, candidate filings, and certified results for Yeoman voters are published by the Indiana Election Division (https://www.in.gov/sos/elections/).
