Voters must provide proof of identity and residency, typically a Missouri driver's license number or the last four digits of a Social Security number. Since the community is unincorporated with no municipal government, residents vote only in federal, state, and county elections, there are no city council or mayoral races. Public election records in Missouri include voter registration lists (available to campaigns and for election purposes under Chapter 115 RSMo), campaign finance reports searchable through the Missouri Ethics Commission at https://mec.mo.gov, candidate filings available through the Secretary of State and county clerk offices, and precinct-level election results published after each election. Residents will also elect their State Representative. Missouri allows absentee voting for specific reasons including absence on election day, incapacity or confinement due to illness, religious belief or practice, employment as an election authority, or incarceration (except for felony conviction). No-excuse mail-in voting is not available in Missouri except for voters aged 65 and older or those with specific qualifying reasons.
