Fishers, Indiana Public Records

Fishers voters are served by the Hamilton County Voter Registration Office, located at 33 North 9th Street, Suite L-21, Noblesville, IN 46060 (phone: 317-776-9632, website: https://www.hamiltoncounty.in.gov/197/Voter-Registration). Indiana residents can register to vote online at https://indianavoters.in.gov up to 29 days before any election; registration requires a valid Indiana driver's license or state ID card. Voters must be U.S. citizens, at least 18 years old by the next election, and have lived in their precinct for at least 30 days. Fishers, as an incorporated city, holds municipal elections for Mayor and City Council every four years, most recently in November 2023, with the next municipal election scheduled for November 2027. The Fishers City Council consists of nine members representing six districts and three at-large seats. For the November 3, 2026 general election, Fishers and Hamilton County voters will decide several critical races including the U.S. Senate seat (Indiana Class I seat currently held by Todd Young, up for election in 2028—the Class III seat will be contested in 2026), all nine Indiana Congressional districts including the 5th District which includes Fishers, several statewide offices, all 100 Indiana House seats and 25 of 50 Indiana Senate seats, Hamilton County Council seats, County Commissioners, and various township offices and judicial retention elections.
