The safety and security of Trevilians residents is primarily overseen by the Trevilians Police Department, which works in conjunction with the Louisa County Sheriff's Office. The Trevilians Police Department maintains the local law enforcement presence, responding to calls, conducting investigations, and enforcing laws within the city limits. For more serious offenses or those occurring outside of Trevilians, the Louisa County Sheriff's Office provides additional support and resources.
