Citizens, Arizona residents, at least 18 years old by Election Day, not convicted of a felony (or have had rights restored), and not adjudicated incapacitated. Candidate filing information, sample ballots, and local ballot measures are available through the Town Clerk at (480) 816-5100 and at www.fh.az.gov. Voters can find their assigned polling location at https://voter.azsos.gov/VoterView by entering their name and date of birth, or by calling the County Recorder at (602) 506-1511. Arizona law provides extensive public access to election records under Title 16. Voter registration lists (excluding voter ID numbers and birth dates) are public records available for purchase; precinct-level results are published online after each election at https://recorder.maricopa.gov/electionresults; campaign finance reports for town, county, and state candidates are searchable at https://azsos.gov/elections/campaign-finance; and candidate nomination petitions and statements of interest are public records available at the Town Clerk's office for municipal candidates and at the County Recorder for county and state candidates. The November 2024 general election saw record turnout in Maricopa County with approximately 2.The municipal races for three Town Council seats will also appear on Arizona offers permanent early voting status through the Active Early Voting List (AEVL); voters can sign up at https://recorder.maricopa.gov/earlyvotingballot to automatically receive a ballot by mail 27 days before each election. Completed early ballots must be returned by 7:00 PM on Election Day either by mail (postmarked by Election Day is NOT sufficient; must be received by 7:00 PM), at secure drop boxes located throughout Maricopa County, or at any polling place on Election Day. Arizona does not require an excuse to vote by mail, and approximately 80-85% of Maricopa County voters now vote early by mail rather than in person.
