Arkansas Court Records

Arkansas divorces are domestic relations cases in the circuit court of the county, kept by the circuit clerk. Supreme Court Administrative Order No. 19 presumes court records open and lists the information excluded from public access; a completed Confidential Information Sheet is filed with the cover sheet when the case involves the custody or support of minor children. The notarized Affidavit of Financial Means is exchanged and supplied to the court but under Administrative Order No. 10 is not filed in the court file; the decree with its property division, any incorporated settlement agreement, the support orders and the child support worksheet are in the file.
