  • Massachusetts Superior Courts
    Exclusive original jurisdiction in first degree murder cases and original jurisdiction for all other crimes. Jurisdiction over all felony matters, although it shares jurisdiction over crimes where other Trial Court Departments have concurrent jurisdiction.
