Legal notices, public notices and obituaries in Missouri
Missouri law requires trustee's sale notices for foreclosures, notices to creditors in probate, name changes, delinquent tax sales and county and municipal notices to be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the county, and the Missouri Press Association collects them in a statewide search. Most Missouri dailies and weeklies run obituaries, and the State Historical Society keeps a Missouri newspaper obituary index. Court coverage pairs with Case.net, the statewide court case search.
